Once you've made an eligible purchase, you can submit your claim in 2 easy steps:

• Select your purchased model on the home page and complete the short claim form
• Upload an image of your online Melitta order confirmation, as proof of purchase

Make sure your uploaded proof of purchase clearly shows all of the information, detailed underneath the image upload tool.

When you purchase online through www.melitta.co.uk, you'll be sent an online order confirmation via email. This is the document you'll need to upload, as your valid proof of purchase.

Just to let you know, you may also receive other emails from Melitta, such as a general delivery notice. We aren't able to accept this document as valid proof of purchase, as it doesn't show important information, such as the date of purchase.

If you don't think you were sent your order confirmation from Melitta, you can request this by calling the friendly Customer Services team at Melitta on 01952 671077.

For each product purchased, you'll need to submit a separate claim. If your purchased products are all on the same order confirmation, just re-upload the same order confirmation for each claim and we'll review your claims altogether.

Once you've submitted your claim, we'll review your proof of purchase and aim to provide a status email update once at least 14 working days has passed since the date of product purchase. All successful claimants will receive their gift within 28 days from claim acceptance. A signature will be required upon delivery.

If you don't receive your gift within this timeframe, please do get in touch with the MLP Customer Services Team and we'll look into why this might be. Simply send us a message using the form on this page.

If we update you to let you know know that your claim has been rejected, you will be given the opportunity to re-submit further proof of purchase to support your claim. You will need to re-submit further proof of purchase within 14 days of being asked to do so.
